Unlocks all vendor exclusive ship parts for use at the outpost landing pad with shipbuilder. No bat files to run, no need for CCR.

Outpost Shipbuilder Unlocked adds all of the vendor exclusive ship parts for use at the Landing Pad with Shipbuilder that can be built at outposts. It does NOT add the vendor exclusive parts to the ship technician at cities, or any other ship vendor, it adds them to the Landing Pad with Shipbuilder that can be built at outposts. No bat files to run, CCR not needed, it is an ESM made with xEdit.
It also does NOT remove the level requirement for parts that require a certain level.
Optional file that removes the requirement for 2 parts that are tied to main quests.

Install with mod manager alongside the required mods. (may also need to create StarfieldCustom.ini and Plugins.txt)

1. Modify StarfieldCustom.ini located in Documents\My Games\Starfield (create if it doesn't exist) to include
2. (Steam) Install Starfield Script Extender to the game's install folder.
(Game Pass) Install an ASI Loader.
3. (Steam) Install Plugins.txt Enabler to the Plugins folder of SFSE.
(Game Pass) Follow the instructions on the Plugins.txt Enabler mod page.
4. Add the following to your Plugins.txt (located in %localappdata%/Starfield)
5. Put the downloaded OutpostShipbuilderUnlocked.esm into <Starfield install folder>/Data
6. (OPTIONAL) If you use the optional file for removing main quest requirements for parts, add this to your Plugins.txt
7. (OPTIONAL) If you use the optional file for removing main quest requirements for parts, put the downloaded OSUMQShipPartsUnlocked.esm into <Starfield install folder>/Data

The main file (OutpostShipbuilderUnlocked.esm) will conflict with mods that modify the following record:
