Increase in forward speed for ship engines (Engine Systems Skill):

Max speed for NPC ships is 180 (NPC's have no Perks). PC ship with C engines and Perk 3 (156) and PC ship B engines and Perk 1 (154) or Perk 3 (168) can keep up with NPC ships having A engines (150). Only PC ship with A engines and Perk 3 (180) or W/D3015 (180+) is equal or faster than any NPC ship (max 180).

Max speed for NPC ships is 200 (NPC's have no Perks). PC ship with C engines and Perk 3 (182) and PC ship B engines and Perk 1 (192) or Perk 3 (224) can keep up with NPC ships having A engines (180). PC ship with A engines and Perk 1 (216) or Perk 3 (252) or W/D3015 (200+) is equal or faster than any NPC ship (max 200). In particular PC ship with B engines are noticeably faster now and with the Perk 3 (224) they are also faster than any NPC ship (max 200).

Also the mod changes the 2nd Perk (boost and cooldown). The thrusters cooldown time is noticeable shorter now.
