Removes the O2 and CO2 costs for sprinting outside of combat. Sprinting in combat will still cost O2 and CO2 as usual.
Install
This mod utilizes an esm as well as loose files. Make sure to enable loose file loading in your ini settings. The esn can be loaded either through the ini file or with Plugins.txt Enabler through plugins.txt.
