Item Sorter

Sorts all of your weapons, space suits, helmets and backpacks into a much more manageable naming scheme. Comes with many customization options. Default will rename "Calibrated Beast Hunter's Eon EM" to "Eon | Calibrated | Beast Hunter | EM". Supports all languages.

With the latest release of xedit 4.1.4r creating plugins is finally possible without "hacky" methods. And the item names have always disturbed me, so this simple sorting plugin will change that.

Important: Note about plugin usage
There is currently no official support for Starfield plugins by Bethesda. So (as like with all esm plugins) it's possible that your save game may not load in a future game version.
Also as nearly all mods, this plugin will disable your Steam achievements - Use Baka Achievement Enabler (SFSE) to prevent that.

MAKE A BACKUP COPY OF YOUR SAVE GAME BEFORE USE

Features
  • Changes the games INNR to rename your weapons, spacesuits, helmets and backpacks to a much easier to read naming scheme.
  • The base name of weapons/apparel will be moved to the begin
  • All modified texts will be added after the base name beginning with an "|" (or optional as [Tags])
  • Sorting by name will group all items of the same type together
  • Many optional tier namings:
    • Calibrated to Superior (default)
    • Mk.2 to Mk.5 (with and without separator)
    • Mk.II to Mk.V (with and without separator)
    • Base to Superior (new added base tier before calibrated)
    • Mk.1 to Mk.5
    • Mk.I to MK.V
    • Tier 1 to Tier 5
    • T1 to T5
  • Optional display as [Tags] instead of pipes ("|")
  • Optional display without separators
  • Optional removal of all non-tier modifiers - e.g. you can remove "Modified", "Assassin", "Extended Magazine" and so on
  • Optional switch of "Pack" and the pack's base name (useful in some languages)
  • Multi-language - supports all game languages (EN, DE, ES, FR, IT, JA, PL, PTBR, ZHANS)
  • Many customization options easily choosable in a comfortable FOMOD installer
  • Created with xEdit by ElminsterAU, so the plugin is should be very stable
  • The plugin only contains overrides - no new records, quests, scripts or such. So (under the condition that the game engine works like its predecessors) it should be safe to remove or replace the plugin at any time.

Examples
  • Calibrated Beast Hunter's Eon EM will be renamed to Eon | Calibrated | Beast Hunter | EM
  • Refined Assassin's Coachman will be renamed to Coachman | Refined | Assassin
  • Sturdy Shocktroop Power Pack will be renamed to Shocktroop Pack | Sturdy | Power
  • Advanced Technophile's Eon will be renamed to Eon Mk.3 | Technophile (Optional Mk.x variant)
  • Advanced Technophile's Eon will be renamed to Eon | Mk.3 | Technophile (Optional Mk.x variant with separator)
  • Advanced Technophile's Eon will be renamed to Eon [T4] (Optional Tx variant with tags and removed modifiers)
  • Sturdy Shocktroop Power Pack will be renamed to Pack: Shocktroop | Sturdy | Power (Optional variant with switched "Pack" and added colon)
