Drop the armor piece you want to mod on the ground then open the console window and select the armor you dropped. Make sure an ARMO code pops up (If it doesnt you may need to move around and try clicking it again, it works best for me when I am standing outside) then type "bat suit", "bat helmet" or "bat pack" without the quotations depending on which mods you want. Then push enter and you're done. Enjoy your modded Suit.
