This bat file allows you to obtain every obtainable power in-game.
I know that you can just hit "psb" to get these but the "250+ somethings added to Player Character concerned me.
That's why I made this.
Instructions on how exactly to install
1) Download the Zip under the files tab
2) Extract the content with 7z or whatever program you prefer.
3) You will get the Powers.txt file.
4) Drop the Powers.txt file into your main Starfield folder (where your Starfield.exe is located)
5) Press ~ to bring up your console command menu in-game hit "bat Powers" without " and watch the pop-up.
6) If you want to level up your power, simply run it again. You can level up your powers all the way to level 10 (X).
**Beware that this will likely disable your achievement unless you are using another mod to enable console commands without restriction**
To modify your Total Power via console command
Total Power
player.setav starpower x (default: 60)
How fast your power is recovering?
player.setav starpowerratemult x (default: 100)
How often your power is recovering?
player.setav starpowerrecoverrate x (default: 1)
