Very simple recolours/retextures of the 'Homesteader Scout Hat' found in game.
I didn't want to mess with the regular settler hat as brown fits in most cases and while I like the white this is by default until we can make 'new' items I settled on this for the time being.
The only one I have seen had to be stolen so if you don't wish to do that or want it sooner than normal you can spawn one in, the code would be.
Note: You don't need the leading zeros in item codes, idk why nobody ever bothers to mention that, also, the 1 after the space is the quantity, if you want to spawn a million have at it but don't blame me if the game crashes.
This shouldn't affect performance, its just a recolour not a new texture and I didn't increase the texture resolution as its plenty by default.
