About this mod
Because of several requests here is a savefile as well as a step-by-step .pdf for you to check and rebuild my current home ship. (The game will warn you about some missing .esp, if you do not have the same mods active, just ignore it and load anyway) Enjoy!

Deck B - Bridge, CIC, Stations and Computer Core
Deck C - Crew Berthings, Mess Hall, Captain's Quarters, Sickbay and Lab
Deck D - Cargo, Engineering and Ship Access Hatch
Deck E - Workshop and Brig
The Layout was put together so, that there are only 2 main ladders and one additional for the brig E Deck. Areas A/B and C are connected via one ladder and C and D with the second one. To get everything in the right position took the most time, since the game logic puts doors and ladders on sometimes unlogical places.
Rebuilders:
If you want to rebuild it exactly as it is, just follow the pictures from the step-by-step.pdf and make sure you are level 4 in ship design and piloting. Also use both Ship Builder Tolerance Tweak and Ship Builder Unrestricted (links further below) to allow for certain overlaps. Of course, you can also omit the 2-3 overlapping pieces, if you want to build this on consoles.
Special note:
The ship was slightly modified from its basic internal profile. If you rebuild it, you will not have the changed interiors of course but you may take a look as to how and what can be changed to make your ship more personal. You can also use the scanner and go into builder mode, to create, rotate and place items inside this ship. The build panel is in the mess hall, besides the dart board.
Some personal adjustments to the hubs consist of the following.
- Added 4 mannequins in the armory
- Removed the NPC seats in the large bridge, crew should now position itself around the CIC and other areas of the ship.
- Added a mission board inside the CIC (if you run dry on missions, just land/dock anywhere and reenter the ship).
- Remade the DAIMOS captains quarter to have a new bed, in line with the crew area and utilize more personal space.
- Rotated the lockers in the brig, cause the original ones are misaligned in the standard DAIMOS hub.
If you rebuild the ship for yourself, I used some unrestricting commands to place and align some items better, also the engines will be to powerful if you modify the ship again, you need to disable the engine power restrictions, or just remove one of the engines.
Some great help for unrestricting ship builds are:
Ship Builder Unrestricted (yes, it is still working as intended for now)
Ship Builder Tolerance Tweak (to make parts able to overlap)
Customizable Ship Interiors (spawns in a panel to customize your interior, you can place the panel on a wall with modpos x/y/z commands in the console)
Also, if you consider using this savegame for your future adventures, there are some slight modifications to some quests and locations. The Key is no longer friendly to you and you are "stuck" with the UC. (You can reenable them to be friendly if you want via the console)
The UC Vigilance was slighlty modded to open up some quest locations, from later in the game. You can stroll through the halls of the beast, but take a flashlight with you.
Also there are 2 outposts that are build over POIs ingame. A military installation and the Argos mining site. And maybe some other minor changes I forgot here.
