This is a cheat mod that gives you pretty much everything as in the name All In One.

Traits-all
Mats-all 1000
Perks-all
Weapons-all 1
ammo-all 1000
If you want to edit the amount somethings gives you just simply open up the txt file and change the number.
Install guild
Drag file into folder with .exe
open console using ~ and type or copy bat allinonecheats
and done have fun
