Build requires all the ship restriction lifting mods if you want that many reactors and weapons but it can also be vanilla if you just remove extra reactors and only use B Class weapons.
I will record a build tutorial if people like the ship and want it.
Ship features 6 crew slots (can easily go to 8 with a different cockpit or by replacing the all in one hab with engineering) so you can have all your NPC friends onboard.
With or without reactor and weapons restrictions lifted will easily carry you through to level 100 ship fights with B class weapons (tested at level 158).
Stats Vanilla;
Mobility - 100
Max Speed - 140 (Modded 180)
Jump Range - 27ly
Cargo - 865 (can also easily be more if you replace a reactor or two with cargo holds)
Shield - 1125 (1600 with reactor limits removed)
Hull - 3086
