Update:
Now including an optional file to remove most of the glow/glossy effect.
This optional file will substantially alter the color and material of the dress,
and might not play well with all the colors.




Install:
Extract the data folder into Documents\My Games\Starfield\

Make sure to edit your StarfieldCustom.ini with the following lines:

How to receive the item ingame?
