At first, I created this simple mod for myself. It was inspired by the MOD 'New Atlantis - Billboard Map' However, I was searching for a more immersive information billboard that wouldn't disrupt the immersion or spoil missions, adventure locations, or NPCs.
Introduction:

with mod manager
Manual installation
extract the content of the *RAR file into the main folder of the game
or
extract the content of the *RAR file into "Documents/MyGames/Starfield".
Edit your StarfieldCustom.ini locate in "Documents/MyGames/Starfield".
