Dirty how-to on how replace NPC features until wizards can mod in presets, specifically Sarah in this case.

You have a few options on how to go about this, bolded and underlined below.


If you want to save your current appearance and change Sarah....

1) Have NPC Sarah close by or following you
2) Open Console
3) Spawn a hostile npc like a pirate. 
- Type and enter "help pirate"
- Find a generic pirate on the npc list, scroll up to look for it. Get its NPC ID something like 00010B2E.
- Type and enter something like "player.placeatme 00010B2E" Replace the ID when needed it's always different
4) Kill pirate
5) Re-enter console, and click on corpse to get the NPC ID, it should have NPC next to its ID.
 ***The corpse ID is different from the spawn ID
6) Type and enter "capp player" while the corpse ID is referenced in the middle of the command window
- The corpse should now retain your old look
7) Exit console, change pov to 3rd person, re-enter console and click yourself. The referenced ID on the middle of the command window should turn into 00000014.
8) Type and enter "capp 00005986"
9) Type and enter "slm player 2"
10) Use the sliders I've made to attain beauty then save
11) Open console and click on NPC Sarah and type "capp player"
- NPC Sarah should have the new look now
12) In third person with console open click yourself and type "capp (pirateCorpseIDfromEarlier)"
13) Use "slm player 2" to make some final adjustments to yourself, sometimes you have an incorrect body type then boom done.


If you only need to change Sarah...

1) Have NPC Sarah close by or following you
2) Open Console
3) Type and enter "capp 00005986"
4) Type and enter "slm player 2"
5) Use the sliders I've made to attain beauty then save
6) Open console and click on NPC Sarah and type "capp player"
- NPC Sarah should have the new look now
7) Use "slm player 2" to make some final adjustments to yourself, sometimes you have an incorrect body type then boom done.


If you're lazy to do all that stuff and just want to use my untested and modded save....
***You'll probably need achievement enabler mod if you want those achievables as well

I've included a decrypted gamepass save in the downloads for Steam Only? with Sarah already modified just a bit after you recruit her.
1) Drop the .sfs save from the downloads into ~\Documents\My Games \Starfield\Saves
2) Load the save in game then use console command "slm player 1" if you want to change your appearance, background and etc.
