Installation Instructions:
ONLY DOWNLOAD THE RECIPE YOU WANT TO INSTALL
1 - Download the version you want to install (version explanations are below).
2 - Unzip the zip file.
3 - Copy the "MCAurora.esp" into X:/Starfield/Data
4 - Add the line "sTestFile1=MCAurora.esp" into your StarfieldCustom.ini under [General].
The StarfieldCustom.ini goes to:
C:\Users\<youruser>\Documents\My Games\Starfield
If you do not have a StarfieldCustom.ini within this folder you have to create one yourself.
1. Create a textile and name it StarfieldCustom.ini (make sure that it is *.ini and not *.txt!)
2. Add the following to that file with a text editor (e.g. Notepad):

sTestFile1=MCAurora.esp
[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
If you put the StarfieldCustom.ini into the Root or Data Folder of your Starfield Installation the mod will not load!
You can see if the mod works if the game tells you that mods are enabled and therefore achievements are disabled when you load a save (unless you have a mod that re-enables it).
Note: If you have multiple .esp mods, you can change the number after
sTestFile to anything 1-10 (sTestFile3=MCAurora.esp for instance).
Mod Description:
The reason I created this mod is to be able to make profit from crafting
and selling Aurora without making it too easy. In the current state of
the game, buying resources just makes you lose money instead of
profitting from Aurora and if you try to farm it on Neon, it's just not
worth the time because of the amount. And I've spent hours looking for
the Chasmbass fish on many planets, sadly there is none other than Neon.
So this mod's main purpose is to make Aurora a profitable chemistry
product. Since I don't want to make it too easy to create, I've chosen a
hard-to-find material(s) replacing the Chasmbass Oil.
Installing this mod won't remove the original Aurora recipe, it'll just add an
extra Aurora to the Pharmaceutical Lab that you can use.
There are 2 versions of the mod (I might add new versions if requested in the future);
Biosuppressant Version:
Adds the below Aurora recipe:
- 1xBiosuppressant
- 1xBenzene
- 1xStimulant
- 2xHallucinogen
Memory Substrate Version:
Adds the below Aurora recipe:
- 1xMemory Substrate
- 1xBenzene
- 1xStimulant
- 2xHallucinogen
Uninstalling Instructions:
1 - Delete the MCAurora.esp file from your X:/Starfield/Data folder.
2 - Remove the sTestFile1=MCAurora.esp in your C:\Users\<youruser>\Documents\My Games\Starfield\StarfieldCustom.ini
