Drop Magazines.txt and optionally Magazines2.txt (Magazines2.txt has the dragonstar force books if you want them for your collection) into your main game directory then boot up the game and load your save game, open the console and type "bat magazines" ("bat magazines2" for dragonstar force) without the quotes then you'll be all done. Once you've used the command once you can delete magazines.txt if you so choose as you won't likely need it again
To be clear the Dragonstar Force books that spawn with this mod aren't compatible with the quest. They are just for you to keep and display if you so choose
