OVERVIEW
This mod edits the 'playerhudcomponents.gfx' file and cleans up the compass to make it more readable
Specifically, it removes the thick grey outline and the O2/CO2 text because I felt it all overly cluttered the compass. This does not edit environmental warnings, enemies on the compass, or anything else. I have also made a version with a reduced background that looks really good in indoor environments but might not have great contrast in brighter environments.
I might make more versions based on feedback as most of the compass can be removed or changed, like the planet or O2 meter.
COMPATIBILITY
Compatible with any UI mod that does not edit the 'playerhudcomponents.gfx' file (such as Star UI HUD, Tactical Crosshair, etc)
Incompatible with any mod that does edit the 'playerhudcomponents.gfx' file which includes any mod that edits the health bar or compass (I'm willing to make patches for the more popular mods when I have time and I can get permissions)
