So whenever I visited The Clinic, the wet plastic look on the Freestar militia really bugged me, so here's the fix. Dramatically toned down the gloss to give it a rough leather look, certain straps still have a higher gloss because it would make sense.
Male + Female textures fixed.
Required: If you do not already have StarfieldCustom.ini in your /My Games/Starfield/ create a new text file and rename it and put the following lines in: [Archive] bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 sResourceDataDirsFinal=

Due to the way texture mods work, using My Games instead of game root, Vortex/Mod managers probably won't work (unless they've patched it to symlink or otherwise account for the separation)
