Do you lag in cities? Well this is the mod for you! This mod aims to increase NPC despawn rates and the visual amount of NPCs that are viewable at one time.
Also multiple other quality and performance adjustments that have overall increased performance over 10-15% in some areas over the Ultra Preset, with little impact in quality.

Important Information
You must switch between presets in main menu of game for this to activate correctly, (low and ultra).
Also make sure to restart game completely if the NPC's dont despawn correctly (too many NPCS on screen).
Make sure to select your desired Preset in-game or menu, recommend (Ultra) for people with higher level GPUs.
Remember to wait around 30-60 seconds on fresh loadup for performance to improve as NPCs may need to despawn.
For people who only want the NPC Despawning and less amount of NPCs, copy the [Crowd] section inside the preset file to your own file, this will not make any graphical changes to the original preset. Also you can do the same with Custom.ini file, copy the contents to your own file.

Move StarfieldCustom.ini to your Documents/MyGames/Starfield folder, or copy contents from my Custom.ini to your own file.
