2.Choose to download all effects.
3.Place the preset in the game root directory.
4.Download natural luts standard - https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/1119 - follow the instruction
5.After entering the game, press Home to pop up a window and F2 to switch ReShade.

I'm still working on it but it's not easy to find the right settings since the color differences between the planets can be significant.
not tested with HDR screen.
