Work perfectly in english if installed with Vortex (and the archive invalidation ect) but the only problem is that recognized named still use the english voice (must not have been added)
I tried this and while it is possible to have Japanese voices with English subtitles/UI, sadly the lip-syncing is horrible.. I don't know why, previous Bethesda games have proper lip-syncing for other languages, hopefully when the CK is out we can use it to generate the .fus files equivalent but until then we'll be stuck with bad lip-syncing when playing with anything other than the EN voices.
In case you're still curious you can do this by changing the language settings for Starfield in the steam settings, after you do that Steam will automatically download the voice file for that language, then you can select it in game. (you'd have to change the UI language back at the Steam setting menu though)

The subtitles of Vasco remain in French?
