Just a little mod i did to mess with game files and AI stuff

Notes: I used console commands on that guy, mod changes only voice not height or body or hairstyle, also lipsync broke because i tried to edit his/her appearance, not because of custom sound
Installation:
Install in Data folder in my documents/my games/starfield as usual, or use Vortex (I think it should work if you have your .ini file edited)
