if NOT exist you can create a TXT file and then rename it.

Create an empty folder in Documents\MyGames\Starfield
Rename it Starfield.Exe
Add Documents\MyGames\Starfield to starfield vortex path
uninstall:
Delete helmets_02_material_color.dds , helmets_02_material_metal.dds , helmets_02_material_normal.dds , helmets_02_material_rough.dds , helmets_03_material_color.dds
inside the Documents\MyGames\StarfieLd\Data\Textures\clothes\pirateset_spacesuit\helmets Folder
