The character level is 40. If you want to change it
you can use the console command press [`] key example:
player.setlevel 75
To change background/traits , press [`] to bring up the console and type
showlooksmenu player 1
It's best to do this in the spaceship at the beginning of the scene.
ID/gender/appearance/physique changes can be change through the in-game Enhance Clinic.
Since we've unlocked all research, some things can be modified on the workbench without skills (weapons / spacesuit ... etc.)
