Installation:
If you have other mods, you will most likely have already done this. But if not, you'll need to create a StarfieldCustom.ini file in your Documents\My Games\Starfield folder. within the text file you need to have the following code.
[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
Now that that's taken care of you'll need to drag the data folder from my mod into your actual Starfield folder.
My method of getting to this folder:
1. Open steam
2. Locate Starfield within your Steam library
3. Right click it and press properties
4 Click on installed files
5. At the top it should say browse, click it, It should open the file explorer location you need.
Gamepass users:
I'll be honest guys, I don't use game pass nor do I know the installation method for its mods, I assume its fairly similar though.
Current BETA Content:
1. Base Mod
2. Scanner Hud change
3. Weapon icons
4. Should now contain all map markers, including locations
incompatible with any mod that modifies:
markers.gfx
weaponicons.gfx
mapicons.gfx
playerhudcomponents.gfx
Complimentary mods:
Transparent Main Menu - Crimson Fleet
Other Stuff
I'm open to requests for additions to the mod or patches for other hud mods.
This is my first mod upload to the site, so if anything seems incorrect, please let me know!
