This is only an INI file for the PerkPointsPerLevel mod by TheLich.
This INI is configured to grant 3 PPPL at level 2 through 8, then tapering off until it grants 1 PPPL at level 103. Beginning with level 128 it grants fewer than 1 PPL until you hit max points at level 386.
This lets you develop your key character skills faster early in the game, but ultimately it will take you even more levels to get enough points to max out all skills than the vanilla point system.
To deploy, simply copy the contents into your game folder, or use Vortex.
