This is part of a collection of modular quality of life and gameplay tweaks.
Here you will currently find:
: Richer Galaxy
Vendors will have 2-4x as many credits, somewhat dependent on social class.
Ship vendors have 2.5x as many credits.
Big city vendors will also have up to 2-5x as many basic resources for sale.
Most vendors will have 3-5x as much ammo for sale.
Certain containers no longer have a 75% chance to spawn empty (hopefully less master locks with no loot).

Extract in the usual way to the Data folder in your install path.
Then go to: \Documents\My Games\Starfield\
Open or create: StarfieldCustom.ini
And add the following lines:

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
Change the TestFile # to one that is not in use (1-10).
Land on Venus and sleep for 2 days and 1 hour to make sure vendors reset.
If the above doesn't work, throw your PC out the window.
