Created this to learn how to alter textures for Starfield, uploading because... I can?
Extract the Data folder to your "My Documents/My Games/Starfield" folder. NOT where your game is installed, if you have it elsewhere.
Add the following lines to your StarfieldCustom.ini in that folder, if they do not already exist. If the file does not exist, create it.

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
Load the game and enjoy your new flashlight!
