Want cats in space? Say no more. The Plushie Galacticat is now available as a blursed wearable helmet! The cat is out of the bag now.
This mod converts the head of the Plushie Galacticat into a wearable spacesuit helmet. Now you can role-play as a mascot and spread joy (or terror) across the Settled System.
Pro tip: It can also be used to hide the angry faces of your companions.
The helmet has changeable skins, which can be modified at the Spacesuit Workbench. There are three
The helmet weighs 1.0. The protection stats are based on the Mark 1 Helmet. The helmet is compatible with vanilla spacesuits, and modded spacesuits are compatible if they use the vanilla helmet mount.
How to get the helmet:
- Craft it at the Industrial Workbench at the hefty cost of one iron. Look for the entry starting with ZYCAT. (You can then rename it later in the Spacesuit Workbench.)
- Or, get the helmet by using the console command. Get the ID by typing:
help ZYCAT 4 armo, then get the item by typing: player.additem xxxxxxxx 1
INSTALLATION:
Download the main file via a mod manager.
LIMITATIONS/QUIRKS:
- Head movements are disabled when wearing the helmet to avoid bending the sensitive whiskers
- The whiskers are visible when flying the ship in first person while wearing the helmet
