This is a package of semi-finished mod and all types of resources that you might want to explore if you are curious how to add your own guns to Starfield. I made a youtube tutorial that goes over each step of my modding process. Not perfect but it yields results and it is concise.
How long each step took me: 1. Concepting. Honestly, I did not do it first, I started prototyping in Modeler straight away and I sketched on paper later on just for purposes of restoring continuity. But let's say sketches should not take more than 1 hour. 2. Recording was about 1,5 hours for modelling. 3. Texturing took about 2 hours. 4. Implementation was the longest because of encountered a curveball, so with troubleshooting it was about 2 hours too.
If you are a modder please let me know if you have know-how about something that will make my process more optimal.
