I always felt that the walking and sneaking speed was terribly slow, and the running speed a bit too fast. I tried several MODs that were supposed to fix this problem, but none of them were perfect for me. That's why I decided to make my own MOD instead. I significantly increased the walking and sneaking speed, and slightly reduced the running speed, so our character finally moves like he has a purpose in life and not like my hundred-year-old grandfather. I tested it with Starfield v1.14.74 but should work with any version.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The MOD is optimized for first person gameplay. In third person, while walking, the game uses the running animation because of the increased speed. Some people might be bothered by this.
