I love the Earth Restored and Human Activity on Earth mods and I wanted the appearance of Earth to match, presenting Earth as a livable but still ecologically declining planet left to war, ruin and overrun with invasive wildlife.
This is a retexture of NUCLEAR EARTH by MoccasinBill so all credit to him for the base texture.

Download Main File "EarthDeclining.zip"
1. Extract Zip file into
2. Edit StarfieldCustom.ini (located in the directory above, or create a StarfieldCustom.ini) and add the following:
