At The Lodge, the atmosphere is charged with intrigue, as each corner may conceal a fascinating surprise or a hint of the past. The walls are adorned with realistic AI-generated posters that evoke the year 2287 with 1990s style advertising, showcasing a vibrant blend of futuristic design and cultural motifs. Alongside, portraits of United Colonies figures, including a striking depiction of the real Sebastian Banks, add a layer of authenticity and depth to the setting, inviting guests to explore the narrative woven into every detail.

I'm very familiar with Bethesda and Fallout series, but I created this for my idea. I primarily replaced the reference images of people from the real actors to portray significant figures of the United Colonies and Constellation with my AI generated modifications to use them as portraits. I'd really use SDXL for this reason.

The United Colonies (UC) is a Federal Autocratic Presidential Republic and stratocracy in the Settled Systems, and controls the star systems Alpha Centauri, Sol, and Wolf. The UC's capital is the city of New Atlantis on planet Jemison in the Alpha Centauri system.
The phrase "Pax et Ordo", which was first coined by William Blackmore in 2161, is the official motto of the United Colonies and it has been recognized by fans of both Fallout series and Starfield.
The current president of the UC is Alexandra Abello as of 2330, where Starfield takes place.

The United Colonies gained independence from the Enclave in 2159, and New Atlantis became its capital in 2161. The UC military (United Colonies Defense Forces/UCDF) has four different uniformed branches: UC Army (army), UCSEC (law enforcement), UC Marines (marine infantry), and UC Navy (including its law enforcement branch UC SysDef). The UC Vanguard Corps is the largest civilian paramilitary force of the United Colonies. Every people aged 11 and over, regardless of scholarship, race and gender, must be joining the UCDF.
The United Colonies is directed by a council called the Military, Administrative and Scientific Triumvirate (MAST).
The national motto of the United Colonies (UC) in Latin could be "Pax et Ordo," which translates to "Peace and Order." This motto reflects the UC's values of law, order, and governance as a centralized republic aiming to maintain stability and prevent chaos within its territories.

UNITED COLONIES DEFENSE FORCES (UCDF)
The UC military (United Colonies Defense Forces/UCDF) has four different uniformed branches: UC Army (army), UCSEC (law enforcement), UC Marines (marine infantry), and UC Navy (including its law enforcement branch UC SysDef). The UC Vanguard Corps is the largest civilian paramilitary force of the United Colonies. Every people aged 10/11 and over, regardless of scholarship, race and gender, must be joining the UCDF.

The cadet uniforms on each UCDF branches:

• UC Army: light olive shirt with dark olive necktie and dark olive pants
• UCSEC: light blue shirt with dark blue necktie and dark blue pants

HISTORY OF THE UNITED COLONIES
The United Colonies was established in 2159 as a breakaway state of the Enclave, even during President Joseph Richardson's leadership with the Enclave. Just a year after the United Colonies gained their peaceful independence from the Enclave (now known as the Great Enclave), the colony of New Atlantis was founded in 2160, and officially became the United Colonies' capital in 2161.
In 2162, when the Brotherhood of Steel at their zenith in the Settled Systems, the UC officially established diplomatic relations with the Brotherhood under the Supreme Elder John Maxson's reign within the Brotherhood of Steel. The relations still unbreakable during the 168-year diplomatic history.
The UC attempted to expand into the independent system of Narion in 2194 by placing The Clinic star station above Deepala, but the residents of Narion protested and voted to join the Freestar Collective. The dispute over Narion escalated into the Narion War in 2196, which concluded in 2216 with the Treaty of Narion. The UC ceded its claim over Narion and recognized it as a Freestar member, and halted its expansion beyond the three star systems it already possessed.
In 2231, when the follower of House Va'ruun and the Great Serpent's religion, Jeremy Maxson, staged a military coup with the Brotherhood of Steel against the Supreme Elder Owyn Lyons, leading the Brotherhood Civil War.
During the Brotherhood Civil War, the United Colonies and the Great Enclave supported the Reconstructionist faction, led by ousted Supreme Elder Owyn Lyons, while the Freestar and House Va'ruun backs the Centralist faction (led by Jeremy Maxson).
By 2235, the United Colonies supports Owyn Lyons' overthrow of Jeremy Maxson, restoring Lyons as the Supreme Elder and ending the Brotherhood Civil War. That same year, the deposed Supreme Elder Jeremy Maxson was executed for his war crimes by the United Colonies Army by a firing squad.
By 2250, John B. MacIntyre overthrows Herbert Stapleton, ushering a new era for the UC.
By 2267, the United Colonies and the Brotherhood declares the war on the Great Enclave, angering Great Enclave's plan to destroy New Atlantis under the guidance of the Great Enclave president John Henry Eden.
In 2280, the UC restored its diplomatic relations with the Great Enclave and welcomed Augustus Autumn as the President of the Great Enclave. Throughout Augustus Autumn's presidency with the Great Encave, the UC played their important economic assistance to the Brotherhood of Steel alongside the Great Enclave.
Tensions between the UC and Freestar resurfaced in 2307, when the UC lodged a formal complaint over Freestar's colonization of the Lunara system and insisted that the Treaty of Narion prohibited Freestar from claiming a fourth star system. When diplomatic talks failed, the UC besieged the Freestar colony on the planet Vesta and killed all of its defenders, igniting the Colony War. This second conflict ended in 2311 after the UC Navy lost the Battle of Cheyenne to a Freestar flotilla of military and civilian ships, and both sides ratified the Armistice. In response to this defeat, the UC reestablished the UC Vanguard Corps, a civilian paramilitary force pledged to protect UC member colonies and interests, in 2314.
As of 2330, UC military forces are on alert due to increased aggression from the Crimson Fleet, which has established new footholds in several systems that threaten UC territory.

PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED COLONIES
The President of the United Colonies is the head of state and head of government within the United Colonies. The President also acts the commander-in-chief of the United Colonies Defense Forces.
Currently as of 2330, Alexandra Abello, who was a former commander in the United Colonies Army, is the 7th and current president of the United Colonies, taking her office since President Sarkin's resignation in 2311.

List of Presidents of the United Colonies

John Blackmore was the first President of the United Colonies serving from 2159 to 2197 and his eventual establishment of diplomatic relations with the Brotherhood of Steel in 2162 marks the significant milestone of the United Colonies' political history.

Edward Blackmore (born 2159 - died 2237)

Son of John Henry Blackmore, the 2nd UC President serving from 2197 to 2210 and first UC president to establish its relations with the Freestar Collective. He was also the founder of the UC Vanguard Corps, which was active from 2200 onwards.

Isaac Sarkin (born 2183 - died 2241)

As the 3rd President of the United Colonies (serving from 2210 to 2240), Isaac Sarkin's presidency of the United Colonies oversaw the Brotherhood Civil War, expressing his support of Supreme Elder Owyn Lyons and the Reconstructionist faction. He was overthrown in 2240 by UCSEC officers in a military coup led by Herbert Stapleton.

Herbert Stapleton (born 2210 - died 2252)

As the 4th President of the United Colonies (serving from 2240 to 2249), Stapleton was also the first person of color to become the President of the United Colonies, as well as the first UC president to have a military background (in fact, he was the UCSEC officer). In 2249, he was overthrown by John Brown MacIntyre.

John Brown MacIntyre (born 2220 - died 2302)

5th President of the United Colonies. Known for Join the Stars, an initiative sponsored by the United Colonies government and military that helped many children ages 10/11 and up, regardless of gender and scholarship, to join the United Colonies military.
As the 5th President of the United Colonies (serving from 2249 to 2300), President MacIntyre's 51-year presidency (2250-2300) was characterized by his friendly relations with the Brotherhood of Steel and his severance of UC's diplomatic relations with the Great Enclave, NCR, House Va'ruun and the Freestar Collective during the Brotherhood-Enclave War. John Brown MacIntyre was also the longest serving UC president, serving from 2249 through 2300 (51 years overall).
Slogan: Join the Stars – Where Duty Meets Destiny! The program was first initiated in 2250 by John Brown MacIntyre. John Brown MacIntyre, who lived from 2220 until his death in 2302, the 5th President of the United Colonies (from 2250 through 2300) and a noteworthy UC Army commander. The initiation of the UC military recruitment program, Join The Stars, was characterized by the UC government's response to the Serpent's Crusade, a 23-year period of punitive campaign (2240-2263) that was perpetrated by the House Va'ruun, a powerful, but sadistic theocratic absolute monarchy that worships on the one deity, the Great Serpent. The goal of UC's iconic Join The Stars initiative is protect the UC citizens from all kinds of danger, especially being enslaved by House Va'ruun during the Serpent's Crusade. Today, the UC's Join the Stars still remains in effect as of 2330. The advertisement also depicts a famous portrait of John Brown MacIntyre himself. Under the guidance of MacIntyre during his presidency (2249-2300), the Join the Stars initiative emphasized not only military preparedness but also community involvement and resilience in the face of external threats, making the UC a formidable civilization in the Settled Systems galaxy. The ad campaign serves to inspire a new generation to join the ranks of those who uphold the values of freedom, equality, and justice.

Donovan Sarkin (born 2269)

6th President of the United Colonies. In 2307, UC President Sarkin declares the war against the Freestar Collective, NCR, House Va'ruun and the Great Enclave, triggering the Colony War. All 3 factions later restored its diplomatic relations in 2311 following an uneasy peace after the end of the Colony War. Resigned in December 2311, in favor of Alexandra Abello.

Alexandra Abello (born 2280)

7th and current President of the United Colonies since 2311 and a central political and military figure in Starfield. While Abello was also a former commander in the United Colonies Army, she became known for her role in reestablishing the UC Vanguard Corps in 2314 (which was previously disbanded in 2308) strengthening political alliance with the Brotherhood of Steel and the Enclave in a plot to destroy the Crimson Fleet, an organized crime group of space pirates once being the ally of the Freestar Collective during the Colony War. She was the first female President of the United Colonies, as well as the second person of color to become the President of the United Colonies. In fact, the origins of the UC Vanguard Corps can be traced back to 2200.

Constellation was founded in 2275 by Sebastian Banks with the mission of seeking out the unknown. Banks funded the construction of the Lodge in New Atlantis to be used as the group's headquarters. The inaugural members of Constellation were Aja Mamasa, Bernadette Laurent, Chloe Bao, Darius Andris, Everado Gil, and Kadri Toma, with Banks serving as leader and taking on the title of Chair.
