Adds the Buggy (REV-8) near the Stargate of 119 Planets/Moons + 1 X-34 Landspeeder (Inda II)

For those that cannot see the dhd symbols clearly, go into Gameplay Options then enable SRTTS - DHD Symbol Visibility. This will make the DHD symbols glow slightly.
You need 7 symbols total with the last being the Point of Origin "ᐰ"
To Go on Earth (SGC):
The iconic SGC is your base of operations, complete with a functional dialing computer to explore new worlds.
A handheld remote dialing device allows you to activate the Stargate remotely, but you'll need to be within ~20 meters of the gate for it to work.
