Adds a new preset and hairstyle based on Paul Atreides likeness at the end of the preset and hair lists.
Requires SFSE and Real Time Patcher to work.

Thanks to:
- The hairstyle can be used on male characters and supports physics and hats.
- The face preset supports shape editing, eyes color editing and teeth color editing.
- V3.0: Added new skin preset for arms and body that matches Paul head. some minor differences are still present but should be almost unnoticeable.
