For best visual results I highly recommend to download my init settings. Additionally i recommend these mods for best ambient (as seen in the screenshots):

THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS AND WILL BE UPDATED WITH QOL IMPROVEMENTS WHEN NEEDED
This mod makes the following changes:
- Adding over 300+ handplaced light sources
- Enhance visibility and give HopeTown a more welcoming atmosphere and more realistic light placements
- Fixes "broken" and missing lamps/areas and makes them light up again
- Added lights to landing pads and added light towers to make ships actually visible
- Added lights for ship technician, main walkway and greenery
- Added lights to realistic places
Important notes:
- For any feedback or errors, please leave it in the comment section
- Be aware that the engine does not turn off the lighting at daytime, so potatoe pcs might be having a hard time
- Basically i just added stuff in the exterior, so there shouldnt be any conflicts with other mods like ELFX which focus on interior lights.
- Any LUT and ENB will work with this mod
- Load this smart master mod at the end of your load order
