Major Changes:
- Removal of long range damage falloff from most weapons (duh)
- Increase of base weapon accuracy/ADS
- Changes to rate of fire to be more lore accurate
- Changes to names to be more lore accurate
- Increase in damage to be more realistic and be compatible with high armor value centric mods like Ascension
