Does what it ways on the tin. Check out the screenshots as they can tell you much more about what was done than anything I could write here.
Only a couple notes:
The original footprint remains. I only moved things around to add a 2nd bedroom. Whoever designed that original floorplan should be ashamed. So much wasted space.
Nothing can be scrapped or moved. Maybe if there's enough interest I'll upload one without furniture, but that would also require new navmesh as I recreated the navmesh around the furniture.
