Overview
It's hard to make a trip thru New Atlantis without hearing one of them whistling...poorly.
This fixes that.

Install Instructions
Drop data folder into your Starfield Installation folder.
If you do not have a StarfieldCustom.ini file In your "Documents\My Games\Starfield" folder yet, also download the StarfieldCustom.ini file and add it there.
If you have followed the instructions and it still does not work, I would recommend the mod:
Baka Disable My Games Folder
Uninstallation
Delete files. List can be found by looking into the zip.
Compatibility
Should be compatible with anything that doesn't replace these files..
