I have several questions; Did you do this with x-Edit? I know we can change the face in x-Edit, but everything is in parameter in x-Edit unlike the CK. So I wonder how you adjust parameters to your taste.
Or is it needed to use Blender or some Third Party Tools?
Is it not needed in Starfield to output Meshes/Textures like in previous Bethe-games? I mean in previous games, in order to solve the Grey-Face-Bug, we need to output Meshes/Textures in CK by F4 (F5) button.
I use nifskope to add the hair to the facegen mesh. It is not like Fallout 4. You HAVE to output the facegen. In Fallout 4 it was not required as Fallout 4 would generate facegen on the fly in game if there was an override for the NPC (Fallout 4 actually will NOT use facegen if there is any override at all for the NPC). Starfield always uses the facegen, so you can't change their hair just by modifying it in a plugin.
Also facegen had nothing to do with the brown face bug in Fallout 4. That is an engine level bug (I've had it happen in an unmodded game, completely vanilla) or caused by incorrect resolution on modded facial textures and tints.
