How to Install:
- Go to your Stardew Valley installation folder.
- Back up your \Contents\Characters\Maru.xnb, \Contents\Charcters\Maru_Hospital.xnb \Contents\Portraits\Maru.xnb Stadew Valley\Contents\Portraits\Maru_Hospital.xnb
- Extract the contents of the .zip file into the Stardew Valley\Contents folder.
- Allow the files to overwrite.
NO OVERWRITE Install: (Requires SMAPI, Entoarox Framework, and Xnb Loader)
- Go to your Stardew Valley installation folder.
- Extract the contents of the .zip file into the \Mods\XnbLoader\ModContent folder.
I really enjoy Maru's character but I really hated her default look (no offense). I really only edit characters who I don't have a modded portrait for and there's really no version of Maru that I enjoy that goes along with my other villagers, (though I did use mudpuppy8's from StarGrime for quite a while, because it's gorgeous) so I decided to make my own. The nurse/hospital Maru has two versions, one with a mask and one without. You can choose between them when you download.
A big thanks to ConcernedApe for his wonderful game I've spent many hundreds of hours playing and countless more modifying. And an extra kudos for his original Maru Portrait and Sprite which was used as the basis for my own modified file. Also, a big thanks to mudpuppy8 for the mask asset from her Maru in the StarGrime mod.
