Storing hay, wooden barrels, and goodness knows what other flammable materials right next to an open fireplace? In a room that separates Jas' bedroom from the only exit in the house?

This mod edits Marnie's Ranch to remove the fire hazard in her store room and turn it into a small sitting room instead. Now Jas has somewhere comfy to sit and read, without fear of impending immolation.
Update: added a version that also removes the stacks of hay behind Marnie's shop counter.
SMAPI and Content Patcher required.
