Really, robin was right the farmhouse is fallen to pieces.
I made some small modifications to make the first house compatible with the story.
I always found a house without a kitchen strange.
After years of neglect and maintenance, the gas pipes are clogged and it's not safe to light the stove until you hire someone to fix it.

After updating the house with robin please remove the folders "[CP] Farmhouse by Robin's vision" and "[CWaF] Farmhouse by Robin's vision" from the mod folder, the updates of the farmer's house the mod will conflict. I apologize for the inconvenience, I am looking to fix this conflict.
