I love this mod, it saves me time with my morning routine. I would love a chance to reopen the letter later on, as suggested below.
One more thing to consider: Would it be possible to customize the size of the letter window? I also use the mod Stardew Notifications (vhttps://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/4713) that pops up notifications on my bottom left in the morning, but this mod covers those notification popups.
[Alternatively, adding that info to this mod would also be awesome and take up one less mod.]
The mod works beautifully! It's the only mod that makes me actually pay attention to what is said in Livin' Off the Land.
Request #1: The problem with the information in the letter, is that it's easy to forget it once the morning letter is closed. Could it be possible to add an icon on the top right, just under the HUD, that is clickable and allows to re-open the letter on-demand? Or maybe a togglable key that would allow to re-read the letter at will?
Request #2: It would be neat to have the following information added to the letter: - train schedule - Demetrius - mushroom spawn activity and which level(s) - Marlon/The Guild - monster spawn activity and which mine level(s) - Marlon/The Guild - garbage can spawn activity and whose house's garbage/which location the garbage is located at (Linus) Above ideas are inspired by mod Public Access TV and the 2x "level" mods Mushroom Levels and Infested Levels.
If a farmhand has CutTheCord mod, he/she has no character creation windows upon first time joining the farm. I have 100+ mods and it took me some time to find the faulty mod, but after eliminating all alternatives CutTheCord was the only mod colliding with character creation window. SMAPI shows neither errors not warnings regarding this issue. Workaround: Move CutTheCord folder from the mods directory before joining remote farm for the first time and after first save (after first night) leave the game, move the CutTheCord folder back to the mods directory and join the farm again.
