- The event is fully finished as a sort of pre-introduction event. He's a mean one.
- He should now appear at the Egg Festival with some dialogue. I am tempted to have him join it, but I am, currently, unsure how to implement this.
- He has a small schedule: Bus Stop from 6am-4pm, Beach from 5pm to some other time, he goes back to the bus stop eventually

- Heart event updated to work properly. Still a testing heart event.
- Still encountering error where Mumps refuses the mermaid pendant.
