A friend of mine wondered if there was a mod to replace the Junimos with Kirby, so I decided to deliver! It's a simple content patcher mod, I tested it so everything should work properly with both the Junimos in the community center and the Junimos on your farm.
The Kirby will change colours just like the Junimos do in game! I recommend putting a prismatic shard in the Junimo Hut if you have one, so your Kirby helpers will change colours :)

TO DO:
- Make the Junimo Hut look like Kirby's house
- Figure out where the image files for the junimo used in the overnight cutscenes are (let me know if you know where to find them, I can't figure out where the files for the junimo you see for repairing the bus, minecarts, etc. are)
- Turn Junimo Kart into Kirby Kart
- Find any other instances of junimo in the game and replace them with Kirby
- Edit dialogue to replace all mentions of junimo with Kirby?
INSTALATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Download and install SMAPI
- Download Content Patcher
- Download the Junikirby mod
- Unzip and place CP and Junikirby in your mods folder, (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Mods)
- Launch your game, and it should be working!
