Donation Points system

Does what it says on the tin. Allows Sam's three heart events in any year. To install, make sure you have Content patcher installed, and then add it to your mods folder like any other mod. This mod has made no changes to the event itself, so Sam and Vincent will still act like Kent is away. It also hasn't changed any of the other event conditions. (E.g. Sam must be at three hearts, and it must not be winter.) I want to quickly mention that this is the 1st mod I've ever made; it does work as I have checked it myself. However, I'm sorry if you run into any problems and I will help you as much as I can.
