So if one just wanted to make their own grange display, could they download only the Grange Display Content Packs or would they still have to download both files?

Edit: Oh wait, nevermind, hadn't read all the text in the description.

Just a note that the mod name is misspelled in the manifest: Persisitent should be Persistent. (Also it's fine to have spaces in the manifest name.)

Just a friendly reminder to add update keys in the next release.
You may want to use update subkeys for this mod.

Note: because of how grange displays work, you can only have one set of grange display items and each built grange display will always reflect
what is in the actual festival grange display.

So, they work as if they had a shared inventory?

Let me get it straight with an example:
Assume I built 2 displays and placed them in my farm, then put some items in one of them. The second one would have the same items on display, and I could pick them up from there. And if I went to the festival, the same items will be there as well, already placed and ready to be judged. -- Is this all correct?

Also, I've read there's some sort of "item recovery" system in the game now, which, among other things, allows you to recover items you forgot on display while leaving the festival. Would this mod clash with that in any way?

Thank you very much! I always appreciate mods that convert "wiki time" to "play time" :)

Yes, they have a shared inventory, it's Farmer.team.grangeDisplay, which makes me think it's actually shared amongst all farmers in co-op?

This mod disables the item recovery for the grange display, which would empty the grange display at the beginning of every day.

      Awesome, thanks again!

About the co-op thing: Between the wiki and that "team" value you mention, it certainly seems that way.

In a multiplayer game, there is a single display for the farm that is shared by all players. Only one player may interact with the display at a time - if a player is putting or removing items from the display, no other players may interact with the display.

Wait, so could you put things in this to test different combinations *in game* before the festival?

If so its a good way to plan displays with both immersion and a sense of accomplishment,
since your manually doing the work of testing the expensive & hard to get stuff in your chests.
(many contests with definitive points systems publish them before hand, so its not unrealistic)
