Better Signs Mod
This mod changes the behaviour of Signs and locks any displayed item, preventing you from accidentally overwriting signs.
To change the displayed item on a sign, break and re-place the sign.
Current Features
Prevents accidentally overwriting existing Signs that display an Item
Right clicking on a sign will no longer replace the display item.
