What does the LeftShift or the AllowMapSit option really add? I can never figure it out. Otherwise, it's an awesome mod, really adds to the game experience.
Could you please consider adding a config option to disable sitting on resources? I've had instances where it gets in the way, eg trying to plant seeds next to a stump but I can't, I can only sit on the stump.
No out of bounds: Make "AllowMapSit" locations return you to your original standing position. This would help prevent the user from getting to places they shouldn't, such as jumping on the water and getting stuck.
Jumping/Sitting on objects should consume a bit of energy: Users can use the obstacles such as the Stones in the mines to maneuver around dangerous enemies without any penalty. Putting a resource on this action such as taking up stamina or a cooldown of the ability will balance the usability of this feature in the early stages of the gameplay. (Should be configurable in the settings) (Pairs very well with the Let Me Rest mod)
Add more default objects to sit on: I love the idea of using this feature to jump over fences compared to the alternative mods as they usually allow you to jump over any object. With this mod you can specify what object is acceptable, and as such makes it much easier to control what the user can jump on/over for game balance. Here is a list of craftable structures for the player to jump over for convenience, without affecting other parts of the game: "Stone Fence", "Hardwood Fence", "Iron Fence", "Wood Fence", "Log Section", "Basic Log", "Stump Torch", "Ornamental Hay Bale", "Sprinkler", "Quality Sprinkler", "Iridium Sprinkler", "Solar Panel", ?etc.. This was a quick list of items that looked like they can be sat on around the farm. (I don't know how to find uncraftable object names such as the trunk of a tree tile)
Overall, if you can't tell I love the mod! It fits so well into a game like this it just makes sense to sit down sometimes and enjoy the scenery. I've also combined this mod with Let Me Rest which restores energy when you sit down somewhere to compliment this mod even more. However the mentioned balance issue(s) is preventing me from using this on co-op farms as it would give us unwanted results in gameplay.
