   This mod is amazing. Its a shame there's a bug with JA. I believe I'm having the same problem with my hats I made but I'm not sure. Anyways I hope you continue to add more hats to this mod :D Stay frosty

   So question, when by chance do the hats appear in the shop? Was wondering because I know hats become available as achievements and things are unlocked, and I just haven't seen em yet.

      Hi there! I asked around on the SDV Discord and it turns out that there appears to be a bug with Json Assets. So this is currently a universal issue that we have to wait on. Sorry about that! In the meantime, you can use CJB Item Spawner to just simply give yourself the hats. :)
